This home was a dream for us. We plan to book it again next year. The pool was beautiful and was cleaned two times while we were there making it nice to swim in. The pool lights were awesome and we used them a lot at night while we were swimming and enjoying the hot tub. The home was clean to a level of my OCD standards. The linens were fresh and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and there is a grocery store just a few blocks away. On Thursday we headed into town for the street festival and were shocked to see so many people! It was a fun night but we were glad that we were staying in a location that felt very safe and private. The outdoor shower was fun and the home was stocked with just enough items that we could cook all of our own food easily. Everything was just as pretty and amazing as the pictures. We all wish we could just live there year-round. We will definitely be back!

My girls were in the pool EVERY SINGLE DAY. We loved having access to a pool at any time. I loved the privacy of having the pool to ourselves (no fighting for lounge chairs!), the convenience of having a full house available to us so that we could cook at home and do laundry when needed. My Mother In Law stayed with us as well and there was plenty of room for all of us. I had to work remotely for a couple of days, but it was a pleasure to do it from this spot. We truly hope to stay again sometime, it was the best family vacation for us to date!

"AMAZING HOME. CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, GREAT LOCATION, AMAZING SERVICE. OUR OFFICIAL HOME FROM HOME!

 

We had booked the home last year for three months and came back this year. We had just called up Jeanette and she immediately got everything ready to book us. This home became our home away from home. We are from Canada. We are snowbirds and we made this our winter destination. Both times we rented the home Jeanette could not have been more accommodating to all our needs. We like watching the tennis tournaments and asked if she could order the Sports Package with Time Warner. Immediately she ordered it with TW and didn’t charge us anything for the entire three months we had it. When we came back this year, she already ordered it for us again, as she remembered we like watching our tennis. And again, she booked it and nor charge (and we know these packages are not cheap). Very generous. We also like to have our fridge stocked when we arrive, because of the long flight. She asked for a shopping list and got each and every item for us. No shopping needed for a week. No upcharge, we just paid the shopping bill from Ralph’s. That’s what we call service! When we came the first time the old pool was still there. Not as pretty as the new one (the new pool is just so pretty), but we didn’t mind. She still gave us a little discount for the inconvenience with the older pool. We didn’t even ask for that. The home itself has everything and more we stocked in the kitchen. We used the Vitamix and the milk frothier daily. We don’t own those at home and it was fun. Lots of toiletries, dishwashing, and detergents, lots of towels and lines to choose from.  We loved the tasteful furnishing. Very European. It shows that Jeanette is European. We love the beds. Very comfortable. The living room with a big flat TV was fantastic. We enjoyed watching our tennis on the big TV. The bathrooms are especially beautifully designed. Never saw anything like these faucets with purple lights and things. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the master as well as the outside rain shower. Perfect private backyard. We will be back."

Our friends stayed in this home for a month and they just loved it. They had only positive things to say. We got inspired and emailed Jen, the owner. She responded right away. She was very kind and accommodated us wonderfully. We had our baby with us and needed to check in at 9 am. The housekeeper was there to greet us at 9 AM sharp. We also asked for a late check-out at 5 PM. No problem there either. We got a whole extra day to enjoy. Super nice. When we arrived, we loved the house instantly. Its openness, friendly atmosphere, inviting layout, and design. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one can wish for. Nothing was missing in the kitchen and there were tons of towels, floats, toiletries, and much more. Good size bedrooms. Beautiful bathrooms with elegant fixtures and a Jacuzzi tub. Cozy Living room. Large sliding doors - we loved those. Makes for a good inside-outside living feel. We also loved the backyard with a large pool, spa, and stainless steel BBQ. The desert landscaping is gorgeous. The outside shower is even better with that view. The pool is something. Brand new and sparkly blue. The home is close to everything, which we loved. We appreciated that the property description is absolutely accurate. The house is actually nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate Jen accommodating us so well with all we needed. Too bad we were only there for a few days. Next time we will stay for a month, already looking forward to it. "

First impression: The house looks MUCH better in reality than in the pictures. REALLY COOL LOOKING PLACE! Super centrally located close to Downtown PS. We had an event there and the host was very accommodating in letting us have a 20 people event for a small extra fee. It was totally worth it. The host had her cleaning lady come by the next morning and clean the place as part of the extra fee. Very generous. And, we had a clean house that 6 of us enjoyed, staying after the event. We loved the modern look, yet cozy feel, the open floor plan, the tasteful furnishing, and the AMAZING pool and spa. It has glass pebbles, which I had never seen before anywhere. Very cool. The outside shower is cool too, especially with the view of the beautifully landscaped backyard. We enjoyed every minute of being there! We appreciated the accommodating and kind host and fantastic service. We will be back for sure. "

 

 

 

Samantha & Joe P. : "Amazing Home, amazing pool, super design, super clean! 

We stayed for a week. It was a week of bliss. Even before we got there the host was very accommodating allowing us a 9 AM check-in and offering all kinds of extra services. She had her housekeeper pick us up from the airport and our fridge filled with groceries. We had sent a list and the shopping was done before we got there. Owner Jen is German. Lovely lady. We enjoyed a heated pool and spa every day (the pool was actually pre-heated for us per our request). It's a gorgeous large saltwater pool. The glass pebbles make it a magnificent experience to swim in it. The outdoor shower is fantastic. It overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard and it was one of our favorites about the house. The backyard with all the desert plans is very tranquil and the view is great. The master bathroom was large and it had a Jacuzzi tub which we enjoyed a lot as well. Everything in the house was super clean and tasteful. The patio was great for lounging around the pool during the day, having a BBQ at night. The kitchen is stocked well. It has a Vitamix even. We loved the privacy this home offers. We could leave our dog out and not worry. Great price for such an amazing home and service. We will be back for sure."
