The inviting open floor plan leads from spacious living rooms, to fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars, to spacious dining areas, and through large sliding doors into the spacious beautifully landscaped, gated zen-like backyards with private saltwater pools and spas. The spacious backyards offer BBQ, with gas tanks, lots of shady sitting and dining areas to lounge on, and plenty of lounge chairs under palm trees and umbrellas. Pool floaties are provided. Enjoy the flowy inside-outside living feel and soak in the sun, the tranquility vibe, and the magical views all around you.
Each of the spacious bedrooms has very comfortable beds. Two master bedrooms have king beds and en-suite luxury spa-like bathrooms, featuring a jetted tub and a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and outside rain showers. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and two bedrooms have comfortable twin beds. Two guest bathrooms with walk-in showers and double vanities. Each bathroom has toiletries such as shampoos, shower gel, and conditioners. Plenty of top-quality bedding, linens, and towels are provided. Of course, we provide toilet paper and paper towels.
The fully equipped kitchens have plenty of cooking- and dinnerware, breakfast bars with bar chairs, dishwashers, gas range, microwaves, drip coffee makers, mixers, spices, coffee, tea, and much more. Each home has high chairs and playpens for the little ones.
Both homes were recently fully remodeled. Enjoy high-grade porcelain flooring. The beautifully designed furniture adds to the stylish design of each home. You'll find thoughtful touches everywhere, and you'll instantly feel this is a cozy-elegant home away from home.

For my father's 70th birthday the entire family came together and we all stayed at the Stylish Plam Springs Compound. The two villas were next to each other and we got to enjoy two large pools and spas and a large private gated area. The villas were very well equipped with plenty of cookware and dinnerware for all of us. Even plastic and paper plates were provided. We had two BBQs and grilled most dinners outside on them. The villas were very spacious and beautiful. Very clean. It was a fanatic experience and we will keep it in mind for another family vacation for sure.

For my daughter's 8th birthday we invited most of the family to meet us at Jen's Stylish Palm Springs Compound. We were 14 people and it was actually not cramped at all. We enjoyed spending the time in the two villas and we really loved the two pools and spas. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the beds were very nice. The homes are elegant and have everything one could ever need. We liked that everything was kept up very well and in fact, most furniture and appliances seem new. Everything was so super clean. The villas are very close to downtown which we liked a lot.

House Rules & Booking Terms
With your booking, you accept the following house rules and terms and conditions:
HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in: After 4 pm on the arrival day. Check out: Before 11 am of the departure date (unless early check-in and/ or late check-out was booked)
-- This is a non-smoking premise. No illegal drugs are allowed!
-- Only booked guests (and pets) are allowed access to the premises. Visitors are not permitted unless pre-approved by us
-- The pool and spa are not fenced, and underage children are not permitted on the premises unless they are under adult supervision at all times.
-- Kindly remove all trash and any pet remnants (if applicable) from the premises and place all trash in the trash bins alongside the house (
-- Kindly do not throw any make-up or other wipes into the toilets. Only toilet paper provided by us is to be flushed. T
-- Kindly rinse dinner and cookware before placing them in the dishwasher. Detergent is provided for your convenience.
-- The Desert City Noise Ordinance Law does not permit loud noise or any music outside. Kindly adhere to the city noise ordinance to avoid a $500 fine per occurrence, which would be payable by you, and deducted from the security deposit
-- The usage of the pool/spa is at your own risk and consult your physician before usage.
-- We are not liable in case of any accidents, or injuries on the premises, and for lost or damaged belongings. With your booking, you waive all rights and accept our house rules and all terms and conditions as listed in the property description.
- All fees and rates are subject to change.
PICTURES: The bedspreads and rugs and outside furniture shown in the pictures may vary, and they may be a different color than what is shown in the picture, as we replace them periodically. Furniture may be replaced and not match the pictures.
LOCATION NOTE: The home is located on a small street in a safe, upscale neighborhood.
CANCELLATION: Unless you booked a discounted non-refundable rate, you can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund immediately
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit is due prior to check-in and all be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date (unless damages are applicable). Damages: Loss or damage to furnishings or other items in the house/garage, and/or fines are deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.
PARKING: Feel free to park in the garage or on our spacious driveway
OCCUPANCY: 12 guests maximum, 3 pets maximum, no visitors allowed (unless pre-approved by us)
AGREEMENT: You agree to enter the premises as a short-term renter for the term starting from your arrival date from 4 pm and ending on your departure date by 11 am.
